Elly Mangat

Before the Punjabi wave had Billboard charts and Juno awards, it had studio basements in Toronto where hungry artists built the sound – and Elly Mangat’s was one of them. Fans of Karan Aujla know the lore: a teenage Aujla writing verses in Elly’s orbit before his rise to the global summit chronicled in our Karan Aujla net worth analysis. Booking Elly means booking a piece of that founding history – an artist whose “Angry Bird” era helped define the street-Punjabi sound an entire generation now streams.

Club nights and youth-heavy events are his natural stage. His catalogue’s raw energy suits desi hip-hop nights, groom-side welcome parties and reception after-hours where the under-30 crowd takes over; his sets trade in the call-and-response intensity that polished pop acts can’t manufacture. Within the Canadian Punjabi male singers landscape, Elly occupies the OG lane – respected by newer artists, recognised instantly by fans who grew up on the 2015-2019 wave.

His Canada base makes North American logistics efficient: Toronto, Brampton, Vancouver and US border-city events route easily – start with our Canada booking hub – while Punjab tours are planned seasonally, with his Doraha-Ludhiana roots guaranteeing hero’s-welcome crowds across Malwa. His Babbu Maan devotion – shared with the maan-saab faithful who pack desi nights – adds a bridge to older audiences his harder catalogue might not otherwise reach.

Booking guidance: confirm early whether you want a full concert set or a club-format appearance, as staging and pricing differ; North American dates need four to eight weeks, India tours three to five months around his travel windows. BookPunjabiSinger.com confirms availability, shares transparent quotes and manages flights, riders and contracts – bringing a founding voice of the modern wave to your stage.
